On December 24th, the graduation ceremony of the Group's 4th Power Camp Training Program for Newly Hired Cadres was successfully held in the multi-functional hall of New Yangzi Building. Approximately 80 attendees, including Mr. Zhang Hongfei, the Vice Chairman of the Group, as well as leaders, mentors and trainees from various subsidiaries’ Production, Technology, Risk Control and Audit, and Comprehensive Management Departments, attended the event. The program lasted for 8 months, with 35 newly appointed management cadres from the past two years participating in the training.
